Ok, here's the deal. Your escape room kit is delivered as an entirely digital product. While the game is designed to be printed, we will
never ship you anything in the mail.
This means that once you purchase your escape room kit,
you'll receive it in your email inbox instantly! Well... almost instantly. It takes us goblins a little time to navigate the labyrinthian maze that is cyberspace. Regardless, you should receive your games in your email inbox within fifteen minutes of placing your order.
And if you ever lose the original email, don't worry!
You can always access your games online from
your account page. Log in using your email address, and the password we emailed you when you placed your order (or, just click 'Lost your password' to do a quick password reset).

However... sometimes things
do go wrong.
Email gatekeepers can be a bit biased against goblin deliverymen, and sometimes they drop your games into the spam folder. So
make sure to check the spam if your games don't arrive.There's also a small chance that our delivery goblins will get ambushed by orc raiders along the way... or maybe they'll just get distracted by something shiny. It happens. If that's the case,
send me a message, and I'll dispatch an elite backup team to make the delivery. Don't worry,
