But while all these are worthy party events, sadly, your friends have played truth or dare countless times and have no more truth left to spare. Oh, and we're not even sure how your classic surprise might come off to your friends.

That's where Envy comes in. Envy Murder Mystery is an escape room game created to transform any party venue into one of Jay Gatsby's intimate yet luxurious parties. A party that will definitely have your friends singing tales of "that was awesome" and "when's the next one" for days and weeks to come.

You're probably wondering where to get the budget to order cases of orange, hire caterers to set up elaborate decorations and tables of food, or where to even install a huge bar.

Don't fret; we've got something special planned for you.

Rather than having you blow your monthly budget on one party, you can simply send us a carrier pigeon, and one of our high wizards will teleport a magical kit to your lair.

Once your kit arrives, handle it with care because you never know what to expect with magical kits (who knows what fresh Zeddicus-like hell our high wizards might have enchanted the kit with).

After all, our high wizards learned directly from him and still have access to some of his spells (Spoiler alert, only supportive spells are allowed in our coven; nothing harmful).

Nonetheless, all you need to do at this point is print out the game, cut out the props, and lay the game materials all around the venue.

Apparently, the guests from the previous night weren't entertained enough by the booming music and the evening festivities that they had to spice things up with a murder.

The culprit made a mess of things in an attempt to escape without being seen.

And though the evidence seems to be pointing to everyone present, unfortunately, we don't have a suspect yet. That's why we sent your team.

But with evidence so overwhelming and yet so useless, how do we seek justice for the dead?

Let's remind you that we need to get this case closed immediately before the chief demands our heads on a platter.

If only we could teleport Sherlock here right now, we wouldn't have such a hard time solving this.

So, your friends are all gathered together for a fun evening. They thought it would be the usual routine party, so they came along with their dance shoes. Too bad none of them were given the party briefing.

Casually break the ice by leading them into your Gatsby-themed party scene. Break them into groups of 2 to 4, and read out the game intro for them. Even if your friends came with their friends to the party, don't worry. Envy Murder Mystery is scalable enough to accommodate any number of party attendants.

You just need to reprint the game enough times to account for the number of friends you have over.

The first thing to do is sort through the clues scattered all over the venue. Be careful, because nothing is as it seems (Up is down; down is up, so look before you leap).

Some clues you can decipher on your own, while others will need the combined efforts of your team. But even if the puzzles seem too tasking for your team, don't sweat it. Even Sherlock, Batman, and Hercules had their difficult days.

Plus, we've prepared an online hint page to help you get through the hard-to-crack clues. And with a bit of effort from your team, the murderer will be caught by the enchanted ropes of justice. Don't forget that the captain has given you less than an hour's deadline before heads start to roll.

Your friends are already bored with their daily routine, so there's no need to add to that boredom.
